So either I haven’t been working out as I should or I’m a slacker. And I think the two are the same. I used to do it every morning honestly, but different country, different routine it seems.
But.. I bought a yoga mat! And after staring at it for a couple of days, ok..a week..sigh, I used it today.
I really should find a class though, some support to keep going because honestly I always feel amazing after I’ve started and even more so, at the end.
So for fitness and wellness take #5, here’s to sticking to good practises and definitely kicking the bad ones to the curb.
