many hear, few listen


1] Never claim what you are uncertain or insecure of. Especially if your claim involves/is based upon another individual.  Also..never claim what can very easily be disproved by another.

2] Familiarise yourself with the nature and source of a potential investment. Even further, be certain at least reasonably, of its capacity and capability for the maximization of your interests. Do not rely on word of mouth.

3] Know your worth/value, for it determines the calibre of interest you attract.

4] People will say anything, they will do almost anything. Understand the difference.
